How to delete your data

Last updated: July 2026

What we store

For anyone who contacts us or books an appointment we store: name, phone number, email address and, where given, age; the service or condition you are consulting us about; your appointments (date, service and status); and the conversations you have with our virtual assistant, whether on this site or over WhatsApp.

If you created an account, we also store your sign-in details and any profile photo you uploaded.

How to request deletion

Contact us through any of these channels with the phrase “Please delete my data”: WhatsApp at 867 135 3215, email to spa@centroalternativoom.com, or in person at Francisco I. Madero 1949, Col. Ferrocarril (Sector Centro), 88040 Nuevo Laredo, Tamps..

Include the email address or phone number you registered or booked with, so we can identify your information. You do not need an account, and you do not need to give a reason.

What we delete, and how long it takes

We delete your account, your contact details, your appointment history and the virtual assistant conversations linked to you. Requests are handled within 30 calendar days of receipt, and we confirm through the same channel once it is done.

What we may have to keep

Mexican health regulations require clinical records of patients who received care to be kept for a minimum period, as do tax and accounting records. Those records are kept blocked — out of use, solely to meet that obligation — and are deleted once the legal period ends. Everything else is erased.

If you messaged us on WhatsApp

Deleting your data removes the conversation from our systems, but the copy on your own phone is yours to control: you can remove it from the WhatsApp app using the clear or delete chat option. How WhatsApp handles messages on its own platform is governed by its policies.
