Acceptance

These terms govern the use of this site, its virtual assistant and the contact channels of Centro Alternativo OM, located at Francisco I. Madero 1949, Col. Ferrocarril (Sector Centro), 88040 Nuevo Laredo, Tamps.. By browsing the site, messaging us or booking an appointment, you accept what is described here.

What this site is

This site presents the clinic’s services and lets you book appointments. The information published is general in nature and is not a diagnosis, a prescription or remote treatment. Any clinical guidance is given only in consultation, after an in-person assessment.

Medical emergencies

Neither this site nor WhatsApp is an emergency channel: messages are answered during business hours. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Virtual assistant

The site’s chat is an automated assistant that answers common questions and books appointments. It can be mistaken or out of date: any hours, prices or availability it gives you should be confirmed with the clinic. The assistant does not provide diagnoses or medical advice.

What you write in the chat is stored so we can follow up on your request, as described in our privacy notice.

Appointments

You can book through the site’s chat, WhatsApp, by phone or from your account. Every appointment is subject to availability and to confirmation by the clinic.

If you cannot make it, let us know in advance so we can reschedule and free up the slot. The clinic may reschedule an appointment for reasons beyond its control, notifying you through the contact details you provided.

Your account

You may create an account with your email to review your appointments. Please register accurate information and keep your password and the access links we send you private; they are personal and non-transferable. Tell us if you notice any unauthorized use.

You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time, following the instructions on our data deletion page.

Services, prices and promotions

Published services and prices are informational and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one in effect when you are seen. Promotions are valid only during their stated period.

Some treatments require a prior medical assessment and may not be suitable in every case. Results of any therapy vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

WhatsApp messages

By messaging us at 867 135 3215 you accept that we reply through that same channel, including automated replies and appointment reminders. You can ask us to stop sending you messages at any time.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site or our channels to impersonate someone else, send offensive or unlawful content, attempt to breach the system, or create false or bulk bookings. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Site content

The texts, images, graphic materials and the name and seal of Centro Alternativo OM belong to the clinic and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but errors, service interruptions or outdated data may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site; our responsibility for the services themselves is governed by your care relationship with the clinic.

Changes to these terms

Any change will be published on this page, with the date of the latest update. Continuing to use the site after that implies acceptance.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.
